REX ARM WRESTLING

REX ARM WRESTLING

Synced 1v1 arm wrestling on the vanilla GTA tables

Rex Arm Wrestling turns every arm wrestling table on your map into a real minigame: walk up, set a stake and wait for a challenger, or take on a local (NPC). Two contests, Mash and Timing, a stamina system that makes you pace yourself, a server-run duel that everyone around sees in real time, and a leaderboard for the strongest arms on the server.

Important: Rex Arm Wrestling requires OneSync, ox_lib and oxmysql. ESX, QBCore and QBox are detected automatically, and it also runs standalone (bets off).

THE DUEL

  • Mash: alternate A and D as fast as you can, like GTA Online. Alternation is required and the server caps the accepted presses per second against macros
  • Timing: press SPACE while the cursor is in the zone. Clean hits push harder, with a cooldown between pushes
  • Stamina: pressing faster than the sustainable pace drains your arm, and an exhausted arm pushes weaker
  • Optional comeback boost for the side close to losing
  • Win by pin. When the time runs out, the player ahead wins. Exactly level is a draw and stakes are refunded
  • Live duel HUD: tug bar, both stamina bars, clock, key feedback, countdown and a result card with the duel time and the payout

SYNCED AT THE TABLE

  • Works on every vanilla table model (prop_arm_wrestle_01 and both biker clubhouse tables), wherever they are on the map or in MLOs
  • Synced animations from the vanilla mini@arm_wrestling set: idle at the table, hand grab intro, a struggle driven by the duel progress, win and lose
  • Both players and spectators see the same arm angle in real time, with an optional live bar for players watching nearby

NPC OPPONENT

  • No one around? Challenge a local: easy, normal or hard, each with its own pace and fatigue
  • The NPC is spawned networked, so the whole room sees the duel
  • Optional house bets against the NPC with a payout multiplier, and NPC duels can count in the leaderboard or not

BETS

  • Stakes held in escrow by the server, cash or bank account, min / max and quick presets
  • House cut in %, destroyed or credited to a society account
  • Refunds on a cancelled challenge, a draw or a resource stop. Leaving a running duel counts as a forfeit

TABLES

  • Vanilla table props work automatically
  • Extra tables from the config, with map blips
  • Admins can place permanent tables in game
  • Placeable table item (armwrestle_table): ground snap, rotate, saved in the database, the owner can pick it up again, with a limit per player

ADMIN TOOLS

  • /awplace to place a permanent table, /awdebug to show the seat markers of nearby tables, /awadmin to list running duels (ACE permission)
  • Alignment option and per-model seat offsets to fit any table setup

LEADERBOARD

  • Wins, losses, win %, best streak and fastest pin, saved with oxmysql
  • Your own record and streak shown in the challenge window

SECURITY

  • The server runs the whole duel (10 Hz simulation) and decides the winner and the money
  • Inputs are rate-limited on the server, and timing pushes are checked against the server clock and the zone the server generated
  • Distance, seat and duel state are validated server side
  • Optional Discord webhook for finished duels
